Every individual employed at Glen Devon plays a valued role in making a difference to the lives of our residents every day. Many work behind the scenes ensuring that our residents' needs are met, from a beautifully clean bedroom to the delivery of freshly laundered clothing and varied home-cooked meals available every day.
Their aim is to ensure that the 'Home from Home' environment of Glen Devon is maintained and comfortable. Others spend their days caring directly for residents and day care visitors, and our wellbeing facilitator co-ordinates and delivers all manner of day-to-day activities. All are appreciated and acknowledged for their contribution by the RI and Managers alike.
